"It's not 1776 - except in his mind ..."
As Henry's psychological disease progresses,
he holds on to the only personality he can remember
from his days as a history teacher - Benjamin Franklin!
He slips away from his family to share the wisdom and
virtue of Franklin to those on the dangerous streets
and in the parks of San Francisco.
The affect on his family, at least those family members
who still care, is devastating. They are stuck between
trying to convince him to get off the streets and, allowing
him to enjoy the latter years of his life ... as Benjamin
Franklin. His relatives are "not" always who they appear
to be!
The dialog is historically true to Benjamin Franklin's writings!
Follow him as he exchanges accurate retorts with "modern-day"
citizens and tourists of San Francisco. The exchanges with
those around him are humorous, profound, and fascinating!
